The heater was made by LX pump industrial company, a reputable OEM provider for many of America's top brand spa and pool companies. They manufacture high-grade spas, pool pumps, and heaters for the industry.

We suggest you ask an authorized person to install the heater, as we have found that 99% of the non-functioning heaters were due to incorrect installation. The heater requires a 20A adapter or breaker, and we recommend using a pump with at least 200 watts (3600 L/h) to ensure sufficient water flow.

It is crucial to ensure the correct installation direction, as the heater has an arrow indicating the water inlet and outlet. Incorrect direction will prevent the heater from functioning properly.

The adjustable temperature range is 0-45°C (32°F-113°F), and the heater will automatically stop when the water temperature reaches the set temperature. If the temperature exceeds 60°C (139°F), the reset button will trip, cutting off the power.

We recommend using hot water instead of cold water in the hot tub, and the water capacity should not exceed 400 US gallons. Additionally, an insulation cover is necessary to maintain the temperature, as the heater may struggle to catch up if the cover is not used.
